Process Consulting Services’ training material is distilled from hundreds of troubleshooting assignments and more than 25 years of comprehensive test runs – unique to our approach – supporting major capital revamp projects. Participants are encouraged to bring their real-world problems to review. Takeaways include specific methods and data to better define root causes and potential fixes.
