Crude Unit Revamp

Process Consulting Services provided detailed engineering and construction support for a 125 Mbpd crude unit revamp. The revamp increased the amount of heavy Canadian crude processed and included a grass-roots deep cut vacuum unit (1100ºF/593ºC cutpoint). The revamp utilized a process design package by Process Consulting Services. The new vacuum column was designed with a diesel recovery section. The unit has been commissioned and is meeting all objectives.
