Since 1994 Process Consulting Services has focused on improving clients’ refinery profitability by creating fundamentally sound and operable process and equipment designs. The real test of any unit is whether the operators can start it up safely and easily, and be able to operate it day-to-day meeting charge rate and product specifications throughout the run.
