The goal of Process Consulting Services is to provide comprehensive process engineering for its refining clients' grass roots and revamp projects, from scoping studies through FEED (FEL3). Up to the point where the client turns over work to a detailed engineering contractor, Process Consulting Services takes responsibility for the process engineering, minimizing bureaucratic delays, streamlining communication and expediting progress. During the transition to the detailed engineering contractor and throughout detailed engineering, client support is provided as needed. The end result is a minimum capital expenditure for a given objective.
